EDB backs upgrade of Ust-Kamenogorsk power plant in Kazakhstan

For the purpose of updating and expanding the Ust-Kamenogorsk combined heat and power plant (CHP), the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB) and Kazakhstan's Eurasian Bank have extended long-term loan financing of $180 million.
